If any of the clauses of these UGC shall be void because of changes in laws or regulations or by judicial decision, such circumstance shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms of the UGC.
- Applicable Legislation
Without prejudice to the application of the regulatory principles of conflicts between laws, these UGC shall be governed in a non-exclusive manner by Spanish law.
THOSE DISPUTES CONCERNING THE EXISTENCE, INTERPRETATION, PERFORMANCE OR BREACH OF THE CONTRACT CONCLUDED BETWEEN EASYBEAUTY AND THE VISITOR, EVEN IN THE CASE OF PLURALITY OF DEFENDANTS, SHALL BE, IN THE ABSENCE OF AMICABLE SOLUTION AND WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE REGULATIONS RELATING TO APPLICABLE JURISDICTION, NON-EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF THE SPANISH COURTS. THIS JURISDICTION ATTRIBUTION SHALL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING THE PLURALITY OF DEFENDANTS OR WARRANTY CLAIM, INCLUDING FOR EMERGENCY PROCEDURES OR EX OFFICIO OR AT THE REQUEST OF A PARTY.
- Users Rights
The Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data grants interested parties the possibility to exercise several rights related to the processing of their personal data.
If the user’s data is processed by THE COMPANY. Users may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition in accordance with the provisions of the current legal regulations on the protection of personal data.

Rights exercise must be carried out by the user himself. However, they may be executed by an authorized person as the legal representative of the authorized person. In such a case, the documentation attesting to this representation of the interested party must be provided.
